About this site
This website (wipzapp.com) is an early-access marketing site for Wipz, a group-payment app currently in development for the UK market. Wipz ("we", "us") is not yet a live payment service. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
Using this site
You may browse this site and submit your email address to the waitlist for the purpose it's intended: to be notified about early access to Wipz. You agree not to submit false information, use the waitlist form to send unsolicited content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
No live service yet
Wipz the app has not launched. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide payment services, and joining the waitlist does not create a contract for any financial service. Once the app is available, its own terms and conditions (covering payments, virtual cards, and group features) will apply separately.
Intellectual property
The Wipz name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our permission.
No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is". We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee a specific launch date for Wipz.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site. This doesn't affect any liability we can't exclude under UK law, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms as Wipz develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
